When does my rental start?
We allow 2 days each way for transit time on every rental, so if we ship the equipment to you second day service, your rental starts when you receive the equipment.
Is the equipment calibrated?
Yes, all of our equipment has a NIST traceable calibration.
What rental periods are available?
We have weekly and monthly rentals. Weekly rentals are ½ the monthly rate. We do offer discounts for equipment rental orders of periods longer than 2 months.
What if I need help with set-up of the tests?
We have technical staff that can help you with set-up and application help on the equipment you rent from us. If we don’t know the answer, we can get one from our suppliers, all of which we work with closely.
Is the equipment also available for sale?
Yes, some of the inventory is available for used sale. We are not a distributor, so the equipment available for purchase is used, excess inventory.
How does the equipment ship?
Most of our equipment ships in specialty cases provided to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs are the customer’s expense. We can prepay and add FedEx express. We can also ship using the customer’s preferred carrier, if they can give us an account number.
What if the equipment doesn’t work when I receive it?
Though we package this equipment very carefully, occasionally a unit will arrive non-functional. If that happens, we pay for shipping for the return of the broken unit, and pay for shipping of a functional unit ASAP.
