We carry four different product lines of lightening surge and electrical fast transient immunity test systems. Thermo Fisher’s Keytek ECAT System has the widest range of waveform generation capabilities. We carry lightening surge modules capable of 10kv, 5ka lightening simulations on three phase power systems of up to 600 volts and 32 amps.

Our inventory includes EFT generators up to 8kv. We also carry specialty modules like the E513 ramp voltage generator for UL864, and the E502 telecom wave generator for CCITT K.17, K.20, and K.21. The EMC-Pro and Pro Plus by Thermo Fisher are one box solutions for the whole series of commercial immunity tests proscribed by EN 50082-1, EN50082-2 and IEC 61000-4. Weighing less than 100 pounds, these units generate lightening surges up to 6.6kv. They also include single phase power couplers, and programmable software interfaces.

We carry pulse generators for military standards 461 and 1399 by Solar Electronics and EMC Partners. We carry equipment to perform some levels of the avionics standard DO 160 requirements.

We have put an accessory package together, which includes the required calibration fixtures and attenuators for CS115 and CS116.

The newest addition to our inventory is the EMC Partners/ HV Technologies MIG-OS-OS1. We also carry the power coupler, CDN-2000-06-25 that works with that generator. This will allow our customers to perform the 1 Mhz and 100khz ring wave tests to comply with IEEE/ANSI C37.90.1.s and IEC 61000-4-18.
